Data ownership
We do not sell, distribute, or reuse your data. Company data belongs to your company. As long as you use the app within the confines of the End User License Agreement (EULA), your organization retains ownership and control of its data.
Data collection and use
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve ExpenseLab, such as account details, expense records, and technical diagnostics. Data is used solely to operate core features (e.g., authentication, storage, approvals) and to enhance the service.
Third parties & processors
We may use trusted subprocessors (e.g., hosting, OCR, analytics) that meet strict security standards. Subprocessors are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes and are bound by contractual obligations.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we continuously improve safeguards and monitor for vulnerabilities.
Retention & deletion
We retain data for as long as your company account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Company administrators may delete their account and all associated data directly within the app or by contacting support. See our Account Deletion Policy for details.
