User Terms & EULA

By using ExpenseLab (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.
Accounts & organizations
Companies may create and manage organizational accounts. Company administrators are responsible for user management, permissions, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Data ownership
Company data belongs to the respective company. We do not sell, distribute, or reuse your data. As long as you use the App within the confines of this EULA, your organization retains ownership and control of its data.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the App, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or interfere with its operation.
Subscriptions & purchases
Subscriptions and seat packs may be purchased within the mobile apps via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their terms and billing policies.
Termination & account deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Company administrators can delete their company account and all associated data directly within the app or by contacting support. See our Account Deletion Policy for detailed instructions. Upon termination, certain provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
